I know this won’t work for everyone but one of the best things I did for my newsletter was to commit to using my everyday photos. It’s real and authentic and helps you avoid a lot of mess

One of my big frustrations with all of the free image sites is that their search features are all different, and it’s hard for me to find what I’m looking for when I’m switching around between them. However, I can search the sites using Google’s image search features, such as color or keywords, if I Put site: and then the name of the site I want to search for images in. For example, if I want to find all of the pictures of Flying cats on Pixabay, I can search for this:

https://www.google.com/search?q=flying+cats+site%3Apixabay.com&rlz=1CDGOYI_enUS759US759&hl=en-US&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8

Same with unsplash and any of the others that don’t have their images locked behind a login. It can be a huge time saver, and it’s much easier to find things this way.

Enjoy! It made searching for images so much easier, especially from the free sites.
