It really depends on the publication and where its opportunities are. For example, established publications would benefit most from a traffic audit or content refresh because they have more to optimize. Newer publications would get a lot more out of networking.
Thank you. That´s probably why I read so much and hurt my eyes trying to write great comments. It´s just WOW how much good stuff there is, while so many keep on lecturing "People don´t read on the web!". Well, some even THINK before they read and write. Love substack.
AND, holy smokes, I wish someone had told me summer was slow. 😂 I’m burning the candle at both ends, running like a wild thing, and other such cliches. Need to get a handle on that because, you’re right, fall will be busier. 😬😁
Great ideas. I'm planning my last quarter now, so this will be very helpful. thank you for sharing.
Love these great ideas! Thanks for sharing :)
Loved this!!!
This is very good thank you Cassandra! I will definitely be applying these this summer.
Great pointing out the “quiet momentum”. Growth isn’t always loud, it’s often hiding in those overlooked corners.
Curious though: if you had to bet on just one behind-the-scenes tweak for the season, which one do you think pays off most?

I love that! Thoughtful comments really go so far. Writers love to know that people are reading and even thinking about what they wrote.
Really fantastic tips! Thanks.

The summer slowdown is true for a lot of industries! Sometimes even just knowing helps though!
It does. :)
Great tips! I have an unexpected free day today, so I’ll be hitting this list. Thank you!
Enjoy!
