I would also add to run a check on how frequently newsletters in your subject area are publishing. That would give a barometer on how frequently the audience can take.
You may also want to opt for a alternating types of posts. Deep dive and shorter more digest types of posts where you scrape the web for interesting articles around a specific topic.
I also agree in that 2x per week is the sweet spot. I think if I were writing articles that were long form I could get away with 1x per week or even 1x per month, but what’s the fun in publishing that little? 😊
This was incredibly insightful! I’ve been on the fence about doing twice weekly or keeping it once a week and this just gave me the nudge for twice a week for what my niche. Thank you!

I love the advice "when in doubt, publish weekly". I think that is a fabulous starting point -- and then the rest of the week can be notes.
I think that's a great starting point for most people!
Great insights, Casandra. Thank you!
Thanks for this!

You can always try it for a few weeks and see how it goes!
I would love to publish daily but I’d get annoying 🤣
🤣
If you have enough time and ideas to publish daily you could also incorporate some guests posts into your content calendar!
