I also agree in that 2x per week is the sweet spot. I think if I were writing articles that were long form I could get away with 1x per week or even 1x per month, but what’s the fun in publishing that little? 😊

I would also add to run a check on how frequently newsletters in your subject area are publishing. That would give a barometer on how frequently the audience can take.

You may also want to opt for a alternating types of posts. Deep dive and shorter more digest types of posts where you scrape the web for interesting articles around a specific topic.

I love the advice "when in doubt, publish weekly". I think that is a fabulous starting point -- and then the rest of the week can be notes.

If you have enough time and ideas to publish daily you could also incorporate some guests posts into your content calendar!
